Windows SteadyState

How would you go about getting around it? Man I can get into the windows files and system32 files and documents and settings. I cant view admin or owner users though. Almost every program I try to run is blocked by admin. Is their a week point? Just a school thing its not really important. Windows SteadyState on restart returns the computer back to normal. Any changes the user made will be gone. Only admins changes stick. Is it possible to get around windows steadystate? I want to delete some override commands made to firefox that prevents me from accessing any other sites other than my schools web site.

Thanks to those in advance for a response. Im not looking for a cocky answer. Just want the question answered. Thanks again

Yes you properly can. But it would be easier to just live boot from a disk or USB.
