these days if you go to any government run media website or even some of the privately run television websites you can generally download some or all of their programs. for free. but you have to be in the right area. for example go to BBC and you can download their shows but you have to be in england to do it. is there a way around this? is it to do with the ISP or IP or what? i have no idea what exactly they are doing to restrict download. but surely there's some way of stopping it. so if you know of anything that could help….
