Hi All,

I am a noob at hacking, I have just started to learn, but I have a problem. There is an application I have called Folder Lock v5.2.0, the problem is that I haven't used this application for a long time so I have forgotten my password. This is causing problems because now I can't uninstall it and it won't let me access the task manager when I need to.

Is there anyone here that may help me hack the password file or somethin?

well recovering the password might be a bit of a hassle if u cant view anything, just go into any live linux, and delete it by hand. then uninstall thru windows when all its files are deleted.

wow, thats a kick in the pants… :|

you'll probably be able to break it. you just need to know how the password is stored? is it stored in a binary file or a text file? you may try dissembling the program to see if you cna find anything useful..

sorry i was not much help, i'm not an expert an app cracking…
