encryption 11

i have learned abt xor and one time pad encryption but i cant solve it ….anyone can tell abt some articles which can be useful for this challenge…:(

If you know how xor works and are capable of understanding what's written in the challenge description then that's all you need. Choose your favourite programming language, get a word list and make a custom program for it in dictionary attack style. Oh yeah, that's another thing you should be able to do: programming. Unless you're a good guesser this isn't a pen and paper kind of decryption challenge.
