start: what i did was..

  1. subtract and add a certain number from the numbers (even the negative ones)
  2. Decrypt it to ascii .. from some number system (i think i know)
  3. I get some gibberish and i don't know what to do next..
  4. then i posted this .. in the forum so i can get some help..
  5. goto start

end: this will not come till someone replies.. PLEASE HELP.

I'm almost sure that i have the decrypted text,but it doesent work.I used ! then . then space at the end,but it doesen't work.
