Heres the latest one!
Create a HBH PodCast on any computer related topic you want. Winner will recieve a free t-shirt with free shipping, and an additional 100 points to their profile!

Competition: HBH PodCast
Requirements:
- subject must be related to hbh in some way (ie. computers / computer security )
- minimum length is 6 minutes.
- podcast ideally should be similar in style to current hbh podcasts – mix between video of narator, screen footage – break the podcast into sections with title screens with same colour as current podcasts – music is not compulsory, but if used try to have it at low volume and similar techno/electronic theme used in previous podcasts
Submissions: To be entered into the t-shirt draw you must submit 2 podcasts minimum. t-shirts are worth $25 on hbh, so make sure the podcasts are worthy of a t-shirt, hbh cant afford to just give them away!
Also the t-shirt draw will only be done if i recieve 5 podcasts minimum submissions in total from this compeittion. so if only 2 people enter with a total of 4 podcasts, then no t-shirt draw will be done, sorry. but im confident that qutie a few submissions will come out of this competition.
The first podcast will be worth 100 points, and any additional podcasts you submit after that will be worth 50 points. obvioulsy depending on quality.
save your podcasts as video files (keep filesize to minimum), so i'd guess thats a .wmv or .mpg file. To submit your podcast, upload it onto a account at dailymotion, and then email mr_cheese with the link to it!

heh….i guess i'll do another one or two…. i've been meaning to do it for a while, this is a bit more insentive….thx cheese :) the one i plan on making (so no-one steals it) is "media influence on the image of hackers"

It is good that there is new competition, but what is with the previous competition? Challenges are not released yet. I can't wait :p

theres a whole backlog of unreleased challeges, idea is to keep them all stored then release them steadily so you get a constant stream of challenges every 2 weeks or something.

Yeah im thinking of submitting one and would like to "copyright" my idea. Im going to be giving a nice little podcast on Wardriving and the use of Airsnort.

I'm would submit my ZI blind sql injection one, but I suck so badly at video editing, it would look shite :-/

well give it a go. if its THAT bad, then pass it to me and i'll edit and narate, similar to flashes podcast.

Lol, the video content is good, it's narated and everything, it's just the whole thing with title screens and shit

does it HAVE to be video? like technically a podcast is just sound (he sorry i'm so pedantic). Thinking about doing one on Hacktivism, but more of an "about" piece than a how to. might do a how to follow up though.
