The US government is now looking to gain taxes over things such as E-mail and access taxes along with sales taxes that have, until now, been avoided. The new taxes not only add to that which Americans are forced to pay, but also will open the door for new taxes. Government, banking, and media websites have been targeted. It is unclear whether the attacks are sanctioned or initiated by the Russian Government, but Estonian authorities believe that to be the case.
