App 11 trouble

I can't launch app 11 because of a stupid dll error. Does the same with Reflector. I'm on Windows 2000 running on Virtual PC. What's the problem?

Probably you get error 0xc0000135 Google for "error 0xc0000135" and you will see what to do

I have just run the app11 and I'm ready for cracking! :D

Install .NET Framework 2 or 3 from microsoft.com

But it wont work .

why is reflector needed? its a great tool but why won't it open in olly?
