Is this app packed or something ? Ollydgb can't open it correctly to view the code. Any suggestions ?

Well you should be able to see enough to know it says " Microsoft Visual Studio" in the source, so try something that's suitable for decompiling .net apps.

I've completed this challenge by using only ILDASM and IDA-PRO
