Application 9
Hey guys, Nice to be back, was a member about 4 years ago but I think my account was deleted :P
Anyway, I'm due to graduate with a degree in computer science this year and so this time I've really been focusing on Application challenges to stretch my knowledge!
On application 9, I want to do it the proper way and develop a keygen but I cannot for the life of me find out what string manipulation is happening. I've never studied Assembly before so this is new to me.
I know the part where it does what it does, but I'm really struggling to follow the process. So if anyones willing to talk me through the commands and how it works out the result I think that would definitely be a better way for me to learn, then hopefully I can crack the next keygen one.
If no one has the spare time, then it's not a problem, it'l keep scratching my head haha.
