k i have changed the serial (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) with the one that i am supposed to ! also i have applied the "& " but i still get d msg as "your really close" please help what am i doing wrong ?? please help ??

you should edit all of the program's product keys, and secondly, to retrieve the password, all you have to do is press alt+ the next letter.
