I beat this challenge by using the tool hte to disassemble it on my linux machine. To run this app I used wine…. With hte you can see, that the "comparison string" is hard compiled into the binary code.
if I'm not mistaken, you can get olly to list down all the strings inside the dis-assembly of the code which you can then compare. I've cracked the 15 apps a long time ago, so I hardly remember.
