Can't download App extra

Hi, i can't download the extra app, when i open it it's just 0 bytes size, i open it with an hex editor and it's completely blank… can somebody send it to me or do sth so that it gets fixed?? Or maybe it's just my browser but i've had no problems with all other apps..
