I have the new member's pw and i'm at the page to enter which file to dl, every time i enter it into the box i get an error that i don't have permission. could someone give me a nudge in the right direction?

I think this download is still down from the recent hack. I've tried it as well over the past 4-5 days and continue to get the error as well.
