Realistic 5: Hash problem

I'm at the very beginning and I now have two hashes. One I've cracked. For the other, though, I'm having trouble cracking. The programs I've tried don't seem to like this hash.

By the way, this is the hash that starts out with a 3.

Could somebody please help me?

If I remember correctly, there was only one hash in that mission that had to be cracked, or was expected to be cracked.

i never cracked anything… i guess i never found a hash either…
