Real 8 Error

When you access the admin panel page, several errors are displayed. I don't quite remember this from the first time I took a look at Real 8, but if this output is normal, ignore this post.

Anyway, the page produces the errors:

Warning: fputs(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/hbh/public_html/challenges/real8/LOG_IP.php on line 33

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/hbh/public_html/challenges/real8/LOG_IP.php on line 35

I was always under the impression that the way to beat this challenge was similar to willeH's guide, via a Dictionary Attack?
