Realistic 13

I have Yin Chow's hash and got the password recovery program. I cracked the program and and found the ID format. I also know the correct usernames of all the emplyees. The problems I encounter are the following: I can't crack Yin Chow's hash and I don't know which is the popular freshwater aquarium fish:D

Do u guys know what kind of encryption the hash is, so that I can get the pass? Or am I just looking the wrong person?
