real 13 - help me or shoot me!

This 1 is driving me around the bend, seriously, nuffin i try works…

ive found most the hashes, and cracked 2 of them, rachels and tresures ive found the steg hash and cracked it ive gotton some numbers and usernames from olly trying to enter the hints in the program for the 2 users whos passes i have trying everything else that seems remotly logical or just plain crazy

I am having a problem with completing this challenge..Here is what I have done so far!!

1-> Found the images directory. 2-> Got the hashes. Never cracked 'em though coz the first one I tried I did not get it. Spent 3hrs trying to crack that hash..finally I decided there must be more to it. 3-> I read the article http://www.hellboundhackers.org/readarticle.php?article_id=389 since the next step was to find the app, I thought maybe it might have some hints. 4-> Found the app. Downloaded smartcheck(althought notepad would have been good too :) ). Read an article by palaryel of ARTeam on how to setup smartcheck effectively for serial fishing in VB apps. Used it, found the passe s. 5-> got the hints, only one working for me right now is ****'s pass and hint. 6-> I tried to change stuff and it says I am not admin.

Am I missing something? I still haven't found the steg hash though..looking for it still :)

If you have correctly logged in as admin, you will get a nice, big message that says "Welcome Admin" or something like that. If you don't get that message when you attempt to login, make sure that you are trying to log in as the correct person, and that your User ID format is correct.

@sp00ky Yes, I got that welcome message at the login screen..because, I only tried getting the information of two people..basic1 animal and chinesenoodles those where the two people whose info I even tried to get.

Ok now, I know who the admin. I changed the message, I changed the pass, got the md5 hash decrypted..but, what ever i try i cant remove the logs..I tried "rm .dir/file" , "ssh –delete .dir/file", "$ rm .dir/file", "% rm .dir/file" I still dont get any message..I am just being redirected to the index page..which is kinda annoying :angry: but, I kept trying..now could some just tell me if I am overlooking something..

Have you found where the logs are actually stored yet?? =)
