real 2 php help

Hi everyone!

I have coded, a php script, which should be able to find the hidden file, but I i don't have a php server installed on my pc, and if I try to execute it on a free webhost server, then I get the following errors:

if the syntax is correct, then please write me the path of the hidden file.

run it on localhost, your webhost is disabling it

Thanks, but I don't know, howto run it on localhost. Do I have to install a server on my computer to be able to run the php script on it? If I have to, then please send me the url of a good php server, or the url of a free webhosts, which enables php function fsockopen().
