Real 3 last part

I've got the file, and I've converted the binary, but neither Bam's nor Ac3's passwords seem to work when I try to log in to the site with them. Am I doing something wrong, is the mission down, or none of the above?

It's worth noting that there was a legitimate problem with this challenge that Mr. Cheese has now graciously corrected. I've verified by (finally) being able to solve this challenge, so you should be able to continue where you left off if you really are on the last part. good luck to all. =)
