Could someone go over this and see if the report function is still operative?

I am quite certain that I am entering the username, company / software, type of illegal activity and recipient very much correct.

I've tried with all possible combinations of case, several different techniques of sending the post data and even switched places for all the values and nothing seems to work here.

I don't usually get stuck like this, but this challenge is annoying in the sense of: making no god damn sense :P
