Find files and directories we need

I don't like to guess some files and directories in missions . So some1 know how to see the list of files and directories in the folder of challenges we're working ? For example , when we're in realistic 1 , how can we know list of files and folders in : http://hellboundhackers.org/challenges/real1/ ??? ;)

by checking the source, and viewing links which show other folders etc.

or you could spider the folder with a ditcionary attack.. but theres no point, and it costs us too much bandwidth.
