Real 5 (Help Needed)

Ok, so I changed the filepermissions of that asshle's folder and i've changed the logs, but now i have to report him, ok sounds nice, but can anyone tell me which f**ing command i have to use, (folder or file or another one) cause i'm getting realy pissed-off..

yeah well, i found out i shouldn't use mo****.*** but another file, so still not futher,,, also still need to find that goddamm report page:@:)
