Penetration testing 2 - Points NOT added

I have found one of the exploits and i got the points, but on the second one i just got the message: "You have already found this exploit!Well, I've completely secured…. etc" but didn't get the points. And I did NOT find this exploit earlier.. not from what I remember.. I remember this wrong? :D or it's a flaw?
