Is Basic 10 a Blank Page

When i click on basic 10 challenge, i go to http://www.hellboundhackers.org/challenges/basic10/index.php but is this a blank page ? … coz i see it totally blank …. nothing in the source too …… how shud i proceed ?

Thnx for fixing up basic 10 …. but still it seems to have some other problem ….. i managed to set my ip in the mentioned range …… i checked my ip on www.cmyip.com ….. then i tried with the page ….. but still i am getting the same error page ……. anyone to help me around ??????

yeah, i've got the same problem. I used a bunch of IP's that we're in the right range and it still didn't work.

grrrrr…..look in the source first!!
