Ok I have search for help on it and everyone says that you need to download an extension for Firefox, but what if you only have Internet explorer.

Get firefox. It's a much more secure browser than IE, and you can download extensions for it.

It's free, and will import all your settings from IE. You can always uninstall it if you don't like it.

You could probably also write a Perl or Python script if you wanted but I can't see anyone doing it for Basic 3 :P… So just get Firefox…
