Basic 10 - IP Range

I don't understand that stupid Ip Range it is sooooo confusing :angry: I know what to do (find a free py and connect to the protected site through the py i found) but i still don't understand the stupid Range Couldnt someone post an example of a working py (i don't care if its a real py or one that's made up, just want an example please) just to show me what that range means :/

ok lets say it wants an ip in the range or 100 - 150 , meaning you have to get a proxy that starts with 100-150 , now for the challenge you should figure it out , proxy4free.com

and the 2 ranges given should be the first 2 parts of the IP…that's what killed me….i thought it was either or for the begining part
