ok i got the FF and i made the user and i am using that user but nothing happend… Do you get points for this basic or is it an exeption? If you are supposed to get points maby i got the user agent wrong. I put: "Wrong user_agent, bwh3_user_agent wasn't found". Am i just supposed to put "bwh3"? or what? please explain..

Your making it to complicated. Try looking for something to assist you with the change. Hope not to much of a spoiler.

umm… not spoiler just basic reading comprehention

so. we see that we currently have the wrong agent user. and that some agent user named bwh3_user_agent is missing. and omg… we have a tool that let us change our agent_user's name.
