You're first two must be wrong if you don't know the file that tracks people. You need to find the directory that holds the files, use the url to guess this directory, it's pretty obvious. In that directory, you will get three files. The first one, errors, is trash, but the other two are the two files that need to be removed. With your commands, you will need to include this directory name in front of the file names (directory/file.txt), that is why your commands must be wrong.
