hey all im new at this site and i realy want to learn how to do the basic web hacking when i go to view sorce it just brings up a bunch of stuff i dont under stand and i cant find any passwords or any thing? am i doing some thing wrong? if so plz help me !!and im also having problems whith the decripting it makes no sence to me!im lost plz help:(

dont think just because you know html your gunna be a 1337 hacker . it will prolly take you around 2 years to figure out how to hack besides learning html it would be good if you learned javascript , c , php and to figure out what makes a network run what exactly are hacks . You might be asking me why bother i saw the movies hackers they just typed in some lines of code. Well hacking is more then just typing in lines its finding new security flaws in the code that will allow you to bypass it.(code Exploitation) its important to learn these languages so that when you wanna hack a system you know the language and can start looking at flaws.

one of the best things you can do is read the articals. and if there is something you dont understand in them google it. and if you still are having trubles then post on the forum. make sure to read around first because a lot of stuff has already been covered.

Don't be like me and jump straight into the hard stuff. You'll save yourself a major headache that way. I started like you, i had no clue what html was and it took me a year from being computer retarded to understanding a load of shit. I wish i would have taken my time, it would have helped a lot, i might have obsorbed more. So don't learn as much as you can as fast as you can just so you can start this stuff fast, take it slow and steady and you'll do better.

i dont know about you guys, but for me, being good at hacking, comes from knowing how things work.

For instance, if you know how forms work / how the itnernet works / how emails work etc etc, then its much much easier to work out your own exploits.

I think thats the key to becomming a good hacker…. Knowing how things work. Once you know a fair bit, then you progress alot further.

Yeah Cheese is right, i learnt by looking how things work, if you want a quick result learn a programming language. Even knowing perfect html isn't as good as understandiing forms and a decent programming languaghe me thinks wolfmankurd
