I understand how to change proxy settings, and that the ip? needs to be in a certain range (i also know what the range is) i have tried quite a few proxy servers but none seem to work, I'm not really sure if it's the first or last octet that needs to be in range, or if maybe it's not the ip but the port number that has to. any help would be appreciated.

yeah, i tried there and Hidemyass.com as well, none of the proxies seem to work.
