I've scoured every thread on this topic and extended my searches elseware

After trying both the FF add-on, and chrome's ultra simple user agent switch-

I've placed HellboundHackersOS in Mozilla 5.0/(HellboundHackersOS)…etc is my placement wrong?

if anyone can PM me for help, seems that's how every other Basic 11 post has been resolved

Don't add anything into the useragent, replace it with the one you're given.
