Bypass ISP Port Blocking

Hi, I am using Azureus for bit torrent downloads (win32) and have a 2MB DSL connection. My ISP (Only one available) is blocking any/all ports so download speeds are dreadful (bytes - lucky to download 100MB in a week) - I was recently in Dublin and installed Azureus on a PC and connected at 2mb via DSL again but Download speeds were crazy -downloaded 2GB overnight???

Any suggestions? :(

well, theres not alot you can do beause its your ISP that is the problem.

if it was me, i'd contact my ISP and ask for a list of ports they allow/block.. this way you can find one that you can use.

If all are blocked, ask for your account to unblock a certain port beacuse "you are a professional programmer and frequently test socket programs"
