i can't figure out what to do for this challenge. i know that i need to use the "User agent switcher" but everything i try is denied.

you can use about:config url to change your useragent. Anyway, you have to change it according to the values shown in the access denied message and you have to follow the user agent syntax from the original and change only necessary values hope it helps
