Basic 12 help

Hello everyone I have found both files and I have found password however I have problems with decryption of the password. I cannot find any tool for the windows OS to decrypt it. If anyone could help me please.

thats the best thing to use. To make it easy, rename the directory so it is easy to remember from the command line.

I've found this tool before, however I thought that it is not for the windows. Since I couldn't find anywhere code to download.

And I still cannot find it there are just for linux and mac os. Or am I missing somewhere link for download for windows.
