Basic 12 help

ok so I've gotten the hash I know how to use John the ripper. But whenever I try to use it it will say "guesses: 0 time:0:00:00:00 100% c/s: 14833 blah - blah" Then when i click enter nothing happens, so I go to the log and it says

what does no word mangling mean?

you can delete one yourself. Also save yourself some time and google the hash itself it will give you what it is.

Get a better wordlist maybe "cain's".
