Basic 8 STUCK

Hey I need some help with basic 8, i've been on it for about 3-4 weeks now. I downloaded the hackbar firefox plugin.

This allows me to split the URL, perform injections, and re-execute the request, however i'm not sure what to put in.

I completed basic 7 SQL injection with no problem, but i'm a little stuck on this one. Can I PM someone as i've tried many alternatives and am ready to move on.

/offtopic/ ive done most of these alrdy but what the hell is the hackbar lol and far as i know for this one you need to R** but im to lazy to set up on a —– dont wanna give to much away =P
