Basic 10 Proxy Help

I understand I need to use a proxy what to do. But I don't know how to use the proxy's at www.proxy4free.com so if anyone can tell me how to use those IP's it would be very helpful. MinDistortionist

first off im not real sure its a big deal because its so basic BUT when speaking of such its good to use * in this case p***** but like i said its pretty obvious so who cares =P anywho id use p****-list.com they test them ever couple minutes or so, so you know that they are still working. Secondly i find the easiest way to use them is a mozilla extention either Switch p**** or foxy*****.
