I know how to solve this but I can't quit make out what's being said in the middle. I'm not going to post it on here but can I PM someone with what I've got?

Edit: Nevermind I got it. It helped to actually get the mp3 file and then use a program to play with the pitch to help make the response clearer and the pronunciation more distinct.
