Any simple program for sending network packets to a specific local port? Like simulating incoming packets or something. I just can't find any working programs with google :(

If I'd be installing some other OS I would have already done that. I just need a simple program that can do what I need it to do and that would work on my win98 :S

That's this http://www.engagesecurity.com/products/engagepacketbuilder/ And I think it's for 2k/XP only. :/

EDIT: Nevermind, I found one for 98.
