as the title says i need an m4v plaer that is free and not virus fucked

Can't remember if it plays m4v, but give VLC Media Player a try. It's a great open source video player, and it plays almost anything.

if VLC doesn't work you could try using Super to convert it into another format

you can play them in quicktime if you change the file extension to .mp4 or whatever. more info here

Yeah, go VLC. If it doesn't work, try MPlayer (it supports about everything)

A must have:

it includes Media player classic, very good one..

and download VLC, as said before..

if something doens't work with VLC, it works with Media Player classic..
