My dad installed Phoenix recover pro 6 (a disk which he shouldn't even be able to buy) and now the program wont install all the way and it freezes up his screen right after the computer starts you can't even go into safe mode. The only options are F2 and F10 (Bios and Boot respectively). It is the winxp operating system on the comp. Is there anyway to fix this problem or bypass it so the program can be removed. His computer is currently useless.
