can not connent tosql data base

i go through the setup.php to this

Database Hostname: localhost Database Username: admin Database Password: ***** Database Name: LSPCA Table Prefix: LSPCA

and i submit and i get this

Unable to establish connection to MySQL 1045 : Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

i dont know what i am doing wrong …

im using easyphp

You must first set up a database through Cpanel or PHPmyadmin.

can u give me some instrution on that i have read the mysql readme.txt and have been to the web i try posting on php-fusion but know one is on there..
