stupid media player and yur torrents

Its pissin me off!

I download video torrents and get no video only sound!

my media just started this. It wont show my torent movies Ive tried downloading with different torrent clients such as azures and bittornado but i get the same thing - a video with no video only sound I even tried realplayer and divX

If anyone knows how to get my vids to show please help me
