Insatlling And Setting Up MS Exchange Server

Can Anyone Give Me Any Pointers or help on setting up an Microsoft Exchange server? i've googled but aint really found anything to help so i was wondering if someone out the might be able to hrlp me?

it'll be running on a Win XPSP2 machine

any ideas?

Exchange server is not something you can install on a workstation - it's an enterprise server product. You connect other computers to it.

yeah i know, it is a deicated server maqchine tht we're using just at the moment its running XP an wer're using lots of other programmes to do our tasks ie: mail internet tht sorta thing so i wanted to set up MS Exchange
