why not just use the admin panel that comes supplied by your hosts?

yeah well most webhosts you sign up with even if they are free, give you a admin panel.

basically, you have to make a few 'quality' posts in the forum and get like 10 points, then you get rewarded with your free frihost account. the admin panel has the same features as a paid host,. and it supports sql, php and .htaccess.
