Audio Problem

Well I recently upgraded my old pc to vista home premium.When I did though,I could not get any audio.I have been looking all over for the audio driver,but I can't find a compatible one.It is a PCV-RZ22G Sony Vaio Desktop.I need help finding a compatible driver for vista home premium.

If you can run Vista, you should've installed 7.

That said, coming to a hacking website requesting help for things like windows drivers is just fucking embarrassing. Have fun utilizing moshbat's "amazing" skill in google'ing stuff.

Not to mention windows update via device manager. Works 99% of the time.

try installing this app, driver robot, which scans for drivers for hardware installed on your system, and then finds the appropriate drivers in their database.

Never liked any of those automatic driver update programs, They do more damage than good.

It keeps giving me the No audio output device installed.When I install a driver it just doesn't work.

  • Did you have sound on the old PC before you installed Vista?
  • What steps have you tried for installing the driver? Give details and multiple attempts.
  • Have you checked the BIOS on the machine to see if there is an audio entry?

Also, add relevant information that people might need to help you resolve the issue.
