yeah, but what does this fella need an admin account for? especially since he doesn't want anyone knowing he has admin privileges? i mean sounds phishy to me… i would just go with making the guy a power user… he can do almost anything he wants from their… granted if he does need admin rights then he just just make an admin account and cloak it… set the registry where the user account wont show up as visible and then u only have to add 2 or 3 registry settings instead of… 10 - 12 setting up file permission settings… and since he is not sure what privileges he needs i wouldn't suggest him editing the registry @ all…

just my 2 cents..
