help actually geting the file with password please

I have tried to 'get', 'mget', and all other ftp command i found on the net to download the file.. none worked… a clue any1 maybe…

Strangely enough you don't have to undergoe transaction to access password, even though it does involve ftp.

you don't need to get the file, only need to open it up.
