Would any one have the time to let me in on either:

Some forums or other webpages with info on, basically, where to start with this whole conecpt of rooting.

or

Just let me in on some tips on basically where to start from.

Ive been working on that rooting challenge we have here, but i flat out have no idea where to start.

I'd greatly appreciate it.
